It's been an year now i invested in top city .... A society based on gambling of government decisions .... Access roads routes will increase the prices or new airport opening will increase the prices ?? Top city's access from motorway will increase the prices ? ... Aisa hoga tu price oopar jay gi waisa hoga tu price oopar jay gi ??? .... Is there any one who can tell me logically that top city have any future ???
For new investor I think it is better to stay away. For already plot holders it is better to wait because if you sell now you will lose money. It might not boom but sooner or later rates will get better. They have just increase development charges for new plots.
Any Speculations for next 6 months, let’s say 30-June-2015
Some dealers saying they will start giving possession in march. If the development standard is good then prices could increase a little. If its ordinary, or facilities not available, then might not gain much. This is what I think, might be wrong.
If you purchased on good price and can sell it without much loss, than better to sell and move somewhere else. Second option is if you can wait for two years atleast than wait for it. Airport is not going to open till Dec 2016.
See other factors for Top City price increase. Do not give any marks to access road than you can decide better.
