I have an apartment in River Garden Islamabad, its on main expressway and near to DHA and Gulberg .. So basically I want to know that I should hold this apartment or sale it away??? Any future projects in Zone 5 or on expressway?? So I can wait or I should move to Lahore? From where I belong. :p

Most of the apartments projects belong to E-11, F-11, F-10 area. But in zone5 I think Giga’s projects are better than others you can also check “Laparaiso” did’t visit that but it is associated with EMAAR that is a very big name. On Express way near Khanna Pul you can check “The Springs” and in zone2 “Zarkon Heights” is a good available option.
Are u currently residing there or rented out…and how many bedrooms is it.
@ H-T dear its furnished and locked, i stay off n on when i come Islamabad… Building is just few yards away from main expressway very nice location …

I would suggest you hold that flat there is also a hospital under construction and after all this construction will be done you will see some healthy upward trend in prices…
