I would like to hear some unbiased opinion from friends out in the real estate market regarding the future aspects of pechs. The current prices are pretty reasonable in this society, but what about its future aspects after the new airport is launched in march 2015 as per pm nawaz sharif’s announcement last month.
Good long term investment. Future is bright as per its location. However, development standard is not that good. You are right, prices are reasonable at the moment.

According to agents, it is a long term investment because other options are also popping up over there. The place is not populated and the fill all these schemes will be a 10 year wait. In fact, I just saw an add for "Airline avenue" scheme also near the aiport.
I live 5 minutes away from the airport here in Dubai and am on the flight path. The constant sound of airplanes taking off and on is not that bad and can be drowned mostly by some double glazing on the windows. However, I am skeptical that the new isb airport will shower the projects with growth in the new year.
No place is populated in the surroundings except PAF Tarnol. PECHS has still managed to develop 6-7 blocks unlike their counterparts TC and MC

Yes thats what im saying. MC has given possession in a single block whereas PECHS has 5-6 possession blocks
Please look into ur last post, you have mentined only PECHS for possession.
The development standard of MC is far better than PECHS.
MC is very small project as compared to PECHS. Also explore about the tiem when both socities have started their projects initially.

Mr. Khan, My answer was in reply to James bond khan’s queries. I admire MC’s development standards which infact are way better than PECHS’s. But Im referring to their area of possession, which is greater than MC.
