I have recently visited zone 2 sectors and islamabad highway societies. I personally like g-15 but it is out of my reach.
I want to ask about i-14 future. Is this right time to invest?
Am thinking to buy one 30 x 60 plot and now price is about 4millon to 5million.

According to a news published in the Nation, Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal said that the Authority has taken effective measures to complete the lingering development work in Sector I-14, I-16 and D-12. The chairman directed the Engineering Wing to instantly start construction work on the roads in Sector I-12 after opening of tender. So it’s a possibility that the price may rise in the coming future.
Usman, as a thumb rule, time is always right to invest in CDA sectors. So go ahead, and buy it before it is too late. I-14 will be populated at its own pace. With the change of plans of airport road, it will not get the big boost as it was expected earlier, but gradual rise with housing demand would always be there.
After 4 years i14 will be same like g13 i have seen g13 evolution in last few years after g13 i14 is next cda sector so its best time to invest before its too late.
I 14 is goood for now but not best it will take time to gain some thing from there , i personally have plot there but in 1 year i just gain 1 lac upon 36lac , Any way ALLAH knows we just give owr opinion
@ slayer.Sir I series can never match g series in terms of price…I-8 is an exception.
@ Saadi that is fact but prices in i series are also low 50% of parallel g series sector i.e G15
G 15 is not a CDA sector ?? am i right ?

Then why tou buy in G-15 ,if it is a private cooperative society
If we have to choose between I-14 and I-11/2, what should be the obvious choice? i am talking with reference to investment point of view, considering the budget of 3 to 4 million?
