What is the future of gulberg residencia? When will it become livable? Should we consider it for living?
Give it minimum 3 years for being livable... Future is good... But need to wait for long...

Thank you. But any idea why is it taking so long? The project was launched in 2012, still there are no signs of life. Compare that to Bahria Enclave which was launched in 2011 and now people are living there.
Some agents told me that there is over-selling in Gulberg and that several parts of their land are disputed. Could that be the reason?
Management is also lazy in addition to the issues you pointed out... Their focus is mainly on Greens and not on Residencia.
