Future of G-15/2 plot

Hi,

I have a 7 marla plot in g-15/2. Due to dramatic price increase in g-13 and g-14 - do you think there would be an impact on g-15 also?

If i want to sell the plot, do you think it is the right time to sell or wait for some time?

What is the current rate of g-15/2 - 7 marla plot.

Already there is a big impact on g-15. I have also discussed the prospects of jkchs with with real estate specialists like syed ibrahim. There are strong reasons to believe that prices will keep increasing due to many factors like expected access on kashmir highway and gate no. 2. Unless you have very good alternative options for investment, you are advised to keep it.

What is the current price of 7 marla in g-15/2?

Is it a wise decision to sell it and buy a big plot in f-16/4 where there is no posession yet. The plot will be cheap at this point due to non-posession area. And what is the future of F-16/4, g-16, and B-17?

Actually the reason why i am asking this is;

1- i want 1 kanal plot 2- what i have heard from different people that there will be slow increase in g-15/2 plot as it's mostly developed area and less chance of reasonable jump in price. So i have heard poepl saying that sell this and buy in either f-16/4 (non-posession), g-15 (non-posession but the area which is near to g-15) or b-17?

Prices is increased in g-15 and f-15 now ppl are selling there plot in f-15 and g-15 and moving in f-16/4.. I have seen many ppl sold there plot in f-15 and moved in f-16/4. Sum one have one plot in f-15 , after selling they are getting two plot in f-16/4 as prices are half then f-15. One of my friend sold his 4080 plot in f-15 and he got two plot 4080 in f-16/4 before nallah with same amount.

Dear brother Right now in g 15 2 7 marla level plot price in good location is from 52 to 55 lac app. If plot is in deprecation or odd shape then price will vary. Dear there is a chance that prices will improve more but if election announced on proper date then may be real estate prices will become stable and transactions will get slow up till election. If u r just an investor and u dont want to make ur home there then its a not bad option to get 2 or 3 plots in next near most non developed sectors. But if u r interested in construction then keep that plot.

I don't want to do the construction in g-15/2. I was talking about investment point of view. If g-15/2 prices are on peak or there would be slow rise, then i want to sell it. But if it will gain a rise then probably i will keep this. I want to buy 2 plots of one kanals after adding some more money into it. One is sector f-16/4 and the other in b-17(no posession area, i don't know the blocks name, but i heard that 2 blocks are already have possession given and there is another block where prices are low, so i want to buy where prices are low).

So, is it the right time to sell g-15/2? Are f-16/4 and b-17 is good option in terms of investment?

Do you know how much is the price of 1 kanal in above sectors.

Dear brother If you don't want construction then prices are good now a days, it will increase but very slow now for next 8 to 10 months. In f-16/4 hopefully u will get a kanal plot around 30 lac and same in b 17 e block or maybe a little bit less. Well just for investment purpose its a right to choice to buy 2 kanal plots in b 17 and f 16 but keep in mind that u will have to wait for 2 or 3 years minimum for a good high profit gain inshallah.
