How do you find the housing societies situated at Expressway Islamabad. Esp Gulburg ,Ghori Town in comparison to G-14/ G-15.
Express Way societies/schemes are good but still they can not compete proper CDA G-13/G-14.
IMO, ghauri town and gulberg have no comparison with G-13 and G-14 as far as the location is concerned, It is evident from the prevailing prices. While the standard of living in G-13 and 14 is not that good due to corrupt and inept CDA , CDA must go ahead with making ISb expressway non stop from Faizabad to Rawat. CDA issued the EOI in this regard few months back. Societies must also take interest and contribute in making proper exits to their areas. Driving on this road after air port is a nightmare and risky. But PPP guys ruined the CDA to a point from where it may never recover. It always was corrupt, but now its worse. I wonder how CDA is still able to collect and dispose off Islamabad’s garbage. Yes in garbage disposal CDA beats Bahria Town of malik Riaz as Malik sb dumps his town’s garbage in Soan River.
If Expressway is made signal free till Rawat as per the plan, then i have no doubt that societies like DHA, Gulberg and Bahria will surpass at least G-14, G-15 prices as travelling time will reduce to atleast half.
There is no comparison of high quality development standard of Zone 5 posh socities and G-13/G-14/G-15.
Future of Zone-5 is bright due to decent mega projects like Bahria, DHA-I, DHA Valley , Gulberg.
After DHA and BAHRIA for immediate living CBR Town, River Garden and Jinnah Garden are good.
