Future of e-12 islamabad

Is there any future of sector e-12 islamabad. What if there is no development in this sector in next 5 years also. Will the plot prices still increase in that case. Any better alternative?

@ Amir sb…The way CDA is deteriorating with every passing day, forget it even for next 2 decades.Increase in plot prices is dependent on demand supply and engineered manipulations so one cannot guess safely about the the price increase since no development is going on. Any surge in prices would be the result of artificial prices.

What is better alternate then?

Depend upon your budget, time frame of investment and purpose.If you would indicate these things, then i would be in netter position to guide you.

If I had 1.5 cr to invest for 5 yrs return I would buy

45-50 lacs

kanal plot in CDA C-16 (if u want to gamble with cda then gamble big)

55-65 lacs

Gulberg B Block kanal plot in Gulberg possession area

Rest in some DHA plot

Has someone recently visited E-12. Approximately how much is free from enchroachments

I would suggest to buy one kanal plot in DHA Multan and one smaller plot in D-12. These will safe and secure investment options.
