Depends how Athar Minallah ( Judge ) in the case make CDA enforce decisions. CDA also sent a team to have an idea of CDA 's law violations in E-11. Let’s see what happens. Can go either way.
Thankyou for your reply, but to my knowledge, CDA by-laws donot apply in E-11, then how can the court enforce CDA laws. Secondly multi billion investments have been made in those projects, it will be a huge loss to both investors and public.
E-11 is still part of Zone 1. Legally, nothing can be done against Islamabad's master plan. But all depends upon CDA who has miserably failed to enforce laws.
By the way, I am one of the petitioners in the case.

Property Mafia is quite strong. They manage things eventually. Getting a decision is one things and implementing it is altogether different.
