It's long term but safe investment.The six lane DHA Expressway connects this project the Islamabad Expressway and the following major phases of DHA Islamabad,Boganvelia Overseas Block,Iris,Jasmine,Lavender,Lilly,Lotus,Magnolia,Marigold,Oleander,Rose,Snowdrop,Sunflower,Tulip,Zinia,Gloxinia.
In my opinion Boganvelia,Bluebel,Rose and Lilly are good for investment.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.
