How is the expected price graph of DHA Lahore Ph-8 going to look like in 2019-2020 period?
I guess the prices of DHA Phase 8 will keep increasing steadily till next 5 to 6 years. The sudden spikes in prices of plots are not expected. As more number of houses are constructed, commercial outfits’ starts emerging and amenities start surfacing, the prices will simultaneously escalate. In my humble opinion, in next 5 to 6 years, it is going to be most expensive area to live and will turn into the most comfortable and exciting place for residents. It has all amenities and facilities one can imagine and desire to see in any high end residential area. In fact, DHA is reshaping its future look in the form of DHA Phase - 8 Lahore.
