Whats the future of bahria town karachi as an investment keeping the fact that the prices of the property is really down in btk.
For the people who invested in bahria town karachi in 2014, should they sell off or keep their investments ?

Hold your investments for this year. Bahria karachi development is fast pace and things are shaping up to be good. If people start moving in or make houses by 2017 then price will shoot up.
Another factor is pending second balloting, Once this takes place then we will see reduction in the files and actual plots. Bahria sold more files specially in the small plots.
Me bro, if you can hold it, then wait for an year. Situation will be clear by that time. If you can’t hold, or can’t afford the risk of further down then bail out now.
Bahria town Karachi is a new city, 10 KM even after crossing toll plaza of Karachi ... So it is no way connected with main Karachi. In my humble opinion its a very long term game before people actually start living there & a decent community is formed.
But the plus point is, it is on super highway which is already in process of becoming motorway. But when you pass by BTK from main road, it gives a very pleasant view specially at night.
And BTW DHA City Karachi is 10 KM after BTK 
… Means DHA City is 20 KM from toll plaza.
You should have a holding power of 4-5 years before expecting any decent gain.
