Please can some senior members shed some light on future of bahria garden city how they see it in future ? We bought 1+ kanal plot (extra land) on good location in 2013 when prices were high for about 8 million cam any one please tell is it worth keeping ? We really have to make a decision or should we sell this and buy somewhere else like in phase 3-5.

is the plot worth keeping or should i dispose it off and go elsewhere as there are many other options like dha where I can take my investment.

Hi, I also have a plot in Garden city which I bought for about 8.3 million. I was thinking to construct a house on it in the future sometime but now I don't see any chance of it in near future. So seniors plz whats your take on it to keep it or dispose it off and move on?
