Can foreigners (non residing) own a land, plot, villa in pakistan?
To the best of my knowledge, no they can not,
but I have heard for CPEC, Chinese citizens would be allowed to purchase in selected areas
Waiting when we would be “Kafeels” for the people coming to do jobs in Pakistan and we earn money from our properties!
Pervez Musharraf said that expats will come in Pakistan to get jobs but He was “Ghrhooched” before He could have materialized his promise!
Now IK says the same but other are trying to make him “Ghrhooched”” as well!
When I see a lot of Pilipino working in Pindi BT Safari hospital, I kinda feel proud of being a Pakistani.
