I am looking to invest 6 to 7 million in fmc or faisal hills. Which one is better in terms of returns for investment for 2 years. Kindly suggest.

i have investment in FMC and Faisal hills, I-15 and I-14, all have given me good margins. I think if you have less than 50 lac budget than Faisal hills is good but if you have good 70 lac budget than go for I-15 cutting area plot as possession is around the corner and golra underpass will give it a boost. i think as economic conditions are uncertain I-15 will be a more secure option compared to faisal hills or FMC.
In last two years FMC and faisal hills has rise around 300% so a more sudden quick jump doesn’t look a possibility. Also economic uncertainty of country is stopping investors to go into these private societies right now. It will keep rising organically. but a sudden quick will not happen in near future.
