Flipping Houses in Karachi

Asalam O Alaikum, I am looking to invest into the Karachi housing market and start flipping houses. I want to purchase apartments/houses, renovate them, and then return them to the market. What areas of Karachi should I be looking to invest in?

Real Estate agents, please do not be shy to chime in and respond, I am open to suggestions and making long-term connections to help build my team around me. I am an overseas investor from Canada and looking to build my wealth in the Karachi market for several years to come.

If you want my two cents, apartments in Karachi are a bad bet for now. Given the conflict with authorities, poor development quality and approvals sought with bribes. Look to houses instead, as they will not cause you that much headache. Invest in Bahria, if you can find a house to flip there as demand is strong there, and anything in its surrounding will be good.
