I live in Gulistan-e-jauhar karachi, block 3-A in a bangalows area, just adjacent to my house was an open plot vacant for 12 years since we are here in this house, now FLATS are being constructed here on this plot, is it legal to have flats constructed just just next to houses in a residential area in karachi??
