I have been looking to invest around 4 million, which could buy me a plot in B-17. However, here I would be hedging all my bets for the next 3-4 years on plot prices increasing.
However, if I were to get a small flat in E-11, there is a chance that they will increase, and I will keep getting some rent too. I can always sell it and buy a plot later?
What do other members think? Also which are the best and most reliable E-11 apartments?
