My relative owns a flat on mir mohammad baloch road , karachi . He even lived in that for some years , after he went out of town and in his absence , locked flat was occupied .After illegal occupation , the occupant sold flat by making forged or fake documents and this continued for years . The complaint is under investigation . Registry is on his name and he has bills and taxes as proof of ownership . He now wants to verify that the said flat is still under his ownership or the occupant have even changed the ownership in records by bribing . Please assist where to get information about the ownership of flat
I think this area comes under Karachi west and the relevant registrar office for that area is in Nazimabad near SITE. Check the ownership record from there.
