I want to buy a flat in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi between the range of 2.3 to 2.5 million rupees please advice.

NEAR DISCO BAKERY OR ABID TOWN AREA

Near Abid town not much problem you can choose from 5 star complex to maymar plaza all on main road but i suggest shoaib plaza its 4 room apartment most of others are 3 room projects.On given price range you can buy there.Disco bakery lane is quite another story.On main road, projects mostly range between 3.3 to 3.7 million(but not in 4 million if estate agent told you remember that).If you still interested in that area search on projects which on 2nd or 3rd raod from main road
