I would like to have your advice on this matter. I have an investment of rs 80 lakh. Now i would like to buy a property preferably flat/apartment in islamabad.
As i work in nust h-12, the feasible options that came are to either get an apartment in e-11 or the newly built zarkoon heights. What are the future prospects for both areas in terms of property value increase?
Advice from residents of islamabad would be highly appreciated.
Zarkoon heights is a good option. There plan is 3 more buildings for apartments and a shopping mall with 5 star hotel.
Also consider Islamabad heights in G-15 ISLAMABAD. They are newly constructed, families have started moving inn.
