I have a 40 x 80 corner plot in g-15 islamabad which i would like to construct with basement, ground and first floor.
Basement should be much like a 2-bedroom flat with 2- double bedrooms, 1 living room , 1 bathroom and kitchen.
Ground as well as first floor each have 3 double bedrooms with attached bath, tv lounge, drawing/dining and kitchen.
There will also be space for three cars.
I could either rent out all three portions or live in ground floor and rent out basement and first floor.
I would like to know how feasible is the design for renting purposes if all three portions are rented.
Is it a good investment? In future if i would like to sell it, would the house produce good returns.
