Is rate of plots in islamabad increases or decreases after new fbr rule from present rates.I am talking about rates in different sectors in islamabad.Fbr give some rates for example 25000 rupees for per square yard.Is this fbr rate is the final rate or rate in market is different from fbr given rates for buying the plot.
