Fazia housing scheme lahore phase1

Is it worthy to invest in fazaia housing scheme phase-1 lahore?What are current prices of kanal and 10 marla plots?

Golden rule is that always check for bhair chaal…if you could see such scene avoid going that way…

Kanal range 55-80 lacs. 10marla 34 To 47 Lacs. Fazaia and Lake City 110% growth is guaranteed in next 1-2 yrs inshAllah. I bought one kanal in Lake City M2 Block in feb2015 in 53 lacs. Now its 73lacs in less than a year. And its still without nothing happened drastic in infrastructure.

The ALternate Road from Khyaban e Jinnah to Raiwind Road is in full swing, and once it operational, kanal plots here will likely go in minimum 80+lacs.

Any one selling kanal plot in fazaia?

I think Fazaia Lahore's Phase I is a god investment. Please avoid investing in the blocks which will be cut through by Lahore Ring Road.

Is there any latest update regarding LRR-SL with you as of today ?

There are rumours last days that project has been shelved for some years as govt either dont have sufficient funds for that OR no party is interesting in building it on BOT basis under punjab govt terms. ??

Fazaia phas one got great potential, good management, that area got good facilities, 3 major uni, uni of lah, beaconhouse , comst.. 2 hospital shareef medicl complex uni of lah teaching hosptal. Lahore wild life park, with raiwand road construction and alternate route operational prices are bound to rise, it will be more expensive than valancia , wapda and lake city in 3,4 years as fouj tag( air force controlled) matter alot. I call it EME of raiwand road.
