I am thinking to take plot in fazaia 2. Kindly suggest me what is the scope of this scheme in future because it technically out of lahore and too far from main city. Is it will be safe investment in this regard. Positively it is located near sundar estate which is positive effect. Ring road will cover the distance from main city. It is also located between bahria town lahore and bahria orchard on sundar road. Is it also positive sign for this society to be a great housing scheme in future. Also suggest me about the development of sundar road between bahria lahore and bahria orchard. From some point this scheme is too far but have many positive aspects also. Also what are ur comments about sundar road between bahria and orchard. Which will be the most successful gate of fazaia 2. Ie sharig complex road(small entrance gate) or sundar road(large entrance gate.
