Regarding fazaia forms, stratigists and administrators have announced rebate for members. They declared earlier , yesterday, through advertisement in leading newspapers that each open form can avail an opportunity of rebate of rs.60,000/- per and maximum of 4 forms can be adjusted in one booking of flate in fazaia housing karachi, thereby, making total rebate of rs.240,000/- per booking.
According to some real estate experts the amount of rebate is not the handsome one to attract the flow of bulk of investors and promote the downward trend in rates of fazia open forms. Recently the rates have dropped from rs.35000 to 18,000 for a luxury form , though there is increase in rate upto rs.22,000, yesterday as a result of this move.
On the other hand there is an other opinion in the markete among real estate agents that instead of announcing rs.250,000/- per form and adjusting only one form per booking it is most apt to announce rs.60,000/- with 4 forms in booking adjustment instead of one. Fazaia administration has decided aptly to absorb almost all the registration they have made earlier . The number of forms sold in markete had borne serial number upto 1,25000/- according to agents working for project.. .So technically if there is a booking of ,hypothetically, twenty five to thirty thousand customers , all forms would automatically be adjusted.
However both of these schools of thought , rightly , criticise fazaia authorities to adjust the standard and luxury forms on the same scale. They have not yet made any distiction for adjustment. This criticism seems pretty fair because for luxury forms buyers deposited rs.15000/- instead of rs.10,000 for standard ones.
Fazaia authorities are hopeful that this will further consolidate the market and boost up the interest of the people investing in fazaia projects, in future.
