Hi, in recent balloting for bungalows by fazaia in karachi i got successful with 125 sq yards, but am confused whether i should go with it or not. Actually, i didn’t do my homework before applying (my 1st such investment). Some say the location ain’t great while other say house deprecates overtime and is not a good investment opportunity. Pls advise ? What alternate do i have if not fazaia like bahria paradise maybe ?
