I’m about to buy a plot in fatima town near ternol airport islamabad, can you people suggest me, should i go for it?

The area you are mentioning has promising short term gains possibility due to upcoming development of New Airport.

Mr. Khan Sir they are Offering 5 marlas plot for 675000/= on installments. It can be doubled if one flight takes off from that terminal of Ternol Airport. Isn't it? That's the only attraction.

@Nasir Butt flight will takeoff in aug In Shaa Allah, but one thing is confusing me when i know my 50 will be 100 after 150 days only but still am offering other to jump in.
Is there any other option available in word where i can double my amount, even double shah take at-least six on 12 months.
@Usman sir, you said very right, but think they have bought this land almost for nothing, and now they are earning 10 to 15 times profit, and just telling you, they have printed new prices for July and aug, but not launched those prices yet, may be waiting for functional airport. But still i'm afraid of investing there, because i have only this amount saved in my life, and afraid of losing it. That is why i asked here, may be someone suggest me like you.
