Faster Rise? One Kanal In DHA 2 Or One Kanal In JKCHS?

Where is the price rising faster at the moment?

i) 1 Kanal in DHA (phase 2) Islamabad -or- ii) 1 Kanal in JKCHS (G-15/F-15) Islamabad

And where will price rise faster in the future?

At the moment, prices are roughly the same or little higher in DHA-2. You can find one kanal in DHA-2 for one crore in sector E, and also in JKCHS.

But a few years back, JKCHS was higher in price, now DHA-2 has almost overtaken. So lets see.

In future, it will depend on airport, jkchs management election, route on link road from G-16.

@ baloch…Sir am working in dha 2 and no good plot is available in dha 2 in sector E for 1 crores…If you have any available you can freely contact me for cash offers.A good plot will cost you minimum minimum 1.10 crores and very good plots starts from the range of 1.30 and goes upto 1.90.Obviously dha has appreciated more and very faster.This was unexpected for us as well…

But available in Sector H

@ baloch…Sir no good plot which means a plot level with some quality e.g near to boulevard or south face are not available in 1 crores even in sector H…Btw you mentioned sector E earlier…The plots on the plaza avenue which are least valued and no one is interested to buy there,people have started demanding 90+ lacs there as well and that place is one of the most bad paces of dha 2.

@ baloch…Sir i am working there i just by seeing the map i got to know that what type of plots these are…Plot no 27 is touching the boundary and that too is available on 105 lacs final and most probably plot number 17 is not in proper shape and it is also touching the boundary of dha 2.I had talked about the good plots not the plots like these which are touching boundary etc.I had already mentioned that options are even available in 90 lacs but i am talking of good plots.Good plots are minimum 110 lacs and plus…Btw you were talking about sector E earlier.I would request you to first go and visit your above mentioned plots.

Sir in short term may be dha but in longer term jkchs chances are bright now , this management is responsible for all jkchs decline otherwise this society was the pioneer society which forms were sold in black market in 1996 lets hope for some good management after this election inshallah

@ syed sb…Sir both the societies has its own pros and cons and you cannot compare both the societies as both of the are located in two different zones.Both has its own importance and every one know what is the importance on dha brand in pakistan. Chances of both are bright and in my view point dha will grow as people feel safe living in dha due to law and order situation prevailing in country.Plus developments which dha is providing cannot be provided by jckhs no matter how competent management takes over.Chances of both are bright but dha will grow more.Btw dha was never a short term benefitting society and it grew gradually that is why most of the societies are facing the correction and dha performed in this period as well.Any one can disagree.

I seen some ads on Zameen.com for 1 Kanal plots in DHA phase 2 ext on 2 to 3 million rupees.Is this good for future investment and why is these plots so cheap.
