Farmhouse in Shah Allah Ditta

Salam everyone,

As per the subject, I am interested in purchasing 2/3 kanal at Shah Allah Ditta for farm house purposes.

Can some please help me with the DOs and DON’Ts of buying in that area? I know it is not CDA approved but there is a lot of activity (construction and purchase) going on?

If anyone has bough anything over there, can you share a reliable dealer with me?

my brother bought around 14 marla there. he bought in sheikh makhdoom town that has at least 30 feet streets. he bought around 8 lac per marla, there are lot of rate variations in different places. in some areas 5-6 lac per marla also available.
