Main ft ya b17 main 10 marla/12 marla ka plot lena chahta hoon. Mera budget 8-9 million hai. Plot foren construct kar ke family ko shift bhi karna chahta hoon. Experts ki ray main best option kya hai. Ft ya b17. Kya es budget main 10-12 marla plot achi location main (solid land with good water level) mil sakta hai

You can easily get 10 Marla solid land in 9 million in B-17 Block C. The water level is also good in Block C. I will highly recommend Block C for living purposes.

Will B-17 actually gonna built its own M2 interchange?

B-17 dealers have been selling this choran for a long time, but I don't think an interchange so close to AWT's will get approval. Besides, there should be better secondary road infrastructure to connect all nearby societies to single interchange instead of building one for each society.

MPCHS is a slow-mover. They will try to first capitalize on MA, and then build a bridge on M1 for better connectivity with Orchards. This will make Orchard, B-17 and E-11 all interconnected. Wicked, isn't it?

Go for B-17, if you could hold for 2 years i would have suggested FMC 1600-1700 series 10 marla, but for instant construction and living go for B-17 C Block as suggested by others.

Kanal plot area right now is not fully developed, all street cutting is done, sewerage lines etc is also done, but road carpeting was not fully completed when i last visited FMC a month ago. But the pace of development is very good, so i think in next 4-6 month Kanal area will be fully developed. In ramdan a kanal plot was available for around 10 million. I think this will be a very good investment.

In some Block C streets boring water starts at 50-60 feet where as in some streets it starts at 150 feet.

Brother can you narrow down further If you have information which streets in C would be good considering water availability at 50-60 feet.

Block C is the area I am interested in but currently working overseas

Almost the entire B-17 Block C has plenty of underground water. Street 80,81,82 have underground water at 60-100 feet which I know of. Others can guide about the situation in other streets.

Faisal Town investors should fasten their seat belts for a roller coaster ride. The much awaited interchange of Eighteen Islamabad on Srinagar highway (KH) enters into final stages of approval. If FT manages to connect it through secondary roads, then it will come into mainstream. All nearby sectors (G-15, G-16, F-15, University Town, etc) will also benefit. Not sure how I-16 can be connected, but it also lies in close proximity.

More informed bros, including Khalid and Nasir are requested to shed more light on it.


Both are good for family living but I would prefer B-17. You must visit both societies physically and do share your research with us once done.

Dear Sajjad Bhai, Both B-17 & Faisal Town are good ones. But MPCHS has an edge over faisal town for MArgallah View. Upcoming Margallah Avenue & Its a cooperative housing society. Where as FAisal towns a private society that has always an uncertainty & are riskier that Cooperative housings.

Speculation, so not sure about it but G-17 Supreme Court Society land being purchased by FT. Regardless of that underpass or access from Srinagar Avenue most probably gets materialised some time in future for FT.

For short to medium term yes, its B-17 that is bound to grow more.
