Which project is good to invest in for 3 years? Capital smart city or Faisal town phase 2 ?

CSC is a ground reality now but faisal town is a dream right now, it will take FT at least 3-4 years to reach CSC level. if you have enough budget than go for CSC,
My vote is for FT-2, why, because CSC has already raised its booking prices by more than 70% from initial launch prices. So there you’ve already missed the train. FT will take another 2-3 years to give return on investment.
Rest depends upon development speed and delivering on promises. FT is tested brand whereas CSC has yet to prove itself.

Agreed with isloo1 however CSC’s location & access is much better than FT2
As Mr Nasir said that CSC is a ground reality yes no doubt in it and it’s development work is in full swing and in my opinion CSC still have potential for investors.
