Booking is finished or still in progress.
If booking is finished, then how to buy plot there on installments.
Are its a good investment?

Last week someone told me that booking has finished with society for 30x60 plots... Some higher size plots were still available...

You can buy from dealers very easily...

Be aware of the land acquisition problems in the new block as they still have some land issues in A Block un-resolved.

You always do a valuable comment on my post.If i buy from dealer then what precautions should I have to be in my mind.

One authorized dealer of FT which name is PZ have property office at the site, told me that come to my my office i will show you a number of plots with numbers, you choose from these number which one you like.

I ask about the price, he told me that the price on installment is 2910000Rs. But on lum sum payment it is 23lacs.I have complete doubt on the price as he mentioned, I think its real price will be 18lacs, and more then that price thats its top money.

Dearler told me that if u pay on installments then there are 14 install's each of 175000Rs, and down payment of 4600000R, on lum sum there is a payment of 23lacs almost.

I am confused that whats the correct & right path of buying a plot there on installments or lum sum. Guide me further...

Mushtaq, this shouldn't be a problem, just ask for the original payment plan issued by the society and that will give you confirmation if he is not adding top ups.

The question you need to ask the dealer is what is the profit or loss on file.

The price quoted is correct for 30x60 new booking in FT.

If you could afford on lump sum then never ever buy in Block B... Buy in Block A, which is available in resale market... Development is going on in Block A...

Original price was 18 lacs and now you will pay profit in addition to that, which varies from 5 to lacs to 12 lacs depending upon location... Please go to site and see that the plot you are purchasing does not have land issue, as some of the land even in Block A has not been acquired.

F-18 Development standered is same as Roshan Pakistan, its was wrong statment from Ch. Majeed that development standered will be like Bahria town.

There are issues in FT severe reservation against each other on land acquisition issues. The prices offered are so high that no major gain is expected for investors in coming 2-3 years. Only good if you want to build house here in future and pay in instalment and get in clear area. Better to get plot in F-17 mpchs where possession plots with all facilities are available (30*60 in the range of 35-40 lac) on lump sum.

Sir FT main bolivard road is 100ft wide while in BT the most of the main roads are 120ft wide. Which is very main point, then on this base you can guess further, thats old booking prices was at the higher side and the new booking was too much a high prices. Its looks like that instead to make an examplery project, ch. Majeed will fill his pocket.

What is the situation in block 1???

Mushtaq Sb, very strange... 100 ft aur 120 ft ki bunyaad k ooper aap ne pooray project ko ZERO se multiply ker diya.... The size of projects of BT is so huge that they definitely need large size roads... However, FT in comparison to BT is very small, with no much further room for expansion at current location.

Prices in F-17 MPCHS for 30x60 with possession are from 41 lacs onwards.... I don't understand , if you can give me some plot on 35 lacs....

FT has vacated land in very short time... They have removed built in property a lot... Still land issues are there, but work is going on.... Every one need to take good care before purchasing plot as the land may not be in possession of FT..

I respect u Mr. Khan as you are more knowledgeable then me, But as per told story by Ch. Majeed, the FT will not like BT, and this will not like a examplery project, but normal regular town , which prices should not be at higher side.which is unportunatly is.

Mushtaq Sb, kehnay ko to koi kuch bhi kehskta hy... You can't stop any one.... For popularity, he will certainly say such words... But it does not mean, FT will beat BT... However, things will be clear when the things will be visible on ground in FT... So, i think it is premature to judge something based on speculations....

FT managment said dat they will give possession in june 2016 ,, but with the pace they are going on i don't think it is possible ...

Aman Sb, I personally think that prices will not go high if the pace of development is not increased. The rest Allah SWT knows better about future...

This is not the time for price increase, price will increase only 3 to 4 months before possession.

Now till december 2015 prices will remain stable after december there is expected rise in prices the peak may be March 2016 to May 2016.
