I have around 6 lac laying around, i was thinking to invest in faisal hills b block file or ichs. I can also save 70k per month. So in few months i can have some more money, so what will be your suggestion in this regard. Should i invest in faisal hills or ichs or wait and gather some more money like 10lac in 4-5 months.

I was also gathering information in low budget / instalment options with savings of upto 10 lakh and rest in instalments if any.
the information i got for Faisal hills :
405000 is initial deposit, plus 2 instalments of 85k paid already. On top of that now there is an own of around 1.5 lakh to 3 lakh depends on location. On top of that dealer's commission plus transfer will cost another 15k (approx). So for Faisal hills you need atleast 7.5 lakh to make a deal.
I am not so much updated about ICHS, me or my brother probably visit ICHS in next few days.

At the moment, both options are in the air and risky. I visited ICHS few weeks ago and decided never to recommend it to anyone because it is very far Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Go for CBR Phase 2

Yes i agree that both are risky but my investment is not my primary saving and I can live without it. So I am ready to take the risk. But i should check the less risky and more profitable option. Also in Faisal hills block A profit starts with 70K to 350K so a file can be bought within 6.5 K. Also B block maximum profit is 70K and as low as 30K. So in B block file can be easily purchased within 6-6.5 lac.
In ICHS new blocks files are available from 2.8 to 3.5 lac. But for now its very very far away, I have also visited it. But there is a road from air port is under construction right now. Which will be completed in july august. Its a 10 feet road. But it will bring ICHS just 2-3km from air port. Right now its around 10KM from air port if you go from fateh jang road.
If some other option available in this same budget than please let me know.
MPCHS B-17 going to lunch G block according to some Multi dealers so wait and i think it will be one of good option for low budget people.

Faisal Hills A block is less risky than B Block.
10 feet ( in todays era) road to be completed in july august, and it will bring ICHS just 2-3km from airport, and low cost plots, Quite Tempting
i read somewhere there will be 300feet internal ( CBR PHASE 2 ) road to motorway, is it true ?

also there is another option - gulberg residencia - 5 marla file for 10 lakh, and development charges of 6 lakh in instalments. Get information for this option, this might be good option for you.
Thanks Siddique saab for the suggestion, I think gulberg residencia land is so much disputed that is why in some blocks they are not able to get land possession from the natives even having IB on back. After seeing the development of Faisal Town, B-17 one can say faisal hills is much safer option than the gulberg residencia. Regarding the development of faisal hills, dealer to kehtay hain k bas abhi aik din baad development start honay wali hai. Lakin mein ye investment 3-5 years k liye kerna chahta hoon to ager abhi us mein time lag bhi lag jai to khair hai.

we have recently visited CBR-2, upcountry, taj residencia side around 5 societies, but we have found there is no activities there, no dealers, aur customers -- koi hull chull hi nahin nazar nahin.
on my list so far
Bahria extension - 10 marla (full cash payment).
Faisal Hills - 5 marla
Gulberg residencia - 5 marla.
need to give a visit to ICHS side and then will final something.
