Faisal Hills D block vs New City

Hi group members, need expert advice, Faisal hills D block has been launched recently where a 25x50 (5 Marla) plot is going for Rs.6M. My friend advised to look at New City Executive block as well where plots are available for Rs. 25-30 lacs, and this block is right next to Faisal hills C and D block.

New City block is near to possession, roads are carpeted and they have laid down all the basic infrastructure.

Based on this, where i can get the same size plot in New City by paying half the price, is it wise to go for New City or is there something im missing with regards to Faisal hills being 2x more expensive.

Faisal hills is a brand and thats y its costly plus it has acces from GT road from the point very near to upcoming margalla avenue. it has acces from already well developed and populated B-17 and FMC.
on the other hand
thr are rumours that new city exective block is all filling area
Also thr is no connection betweeb faisal hills and new city however it is possible that in future they might get connected.
new city is not that much well managed, secured and well maintained like B-17
another important point
A 5 marla plots in faisal hills does not cost 6 millions. only A executive is that much costly.
in other blocks you can find a good plot in aroung 5 million or may be 4.5 million

The new booking in Faisal hills D block is where 5 marla plot is costing Rs.6M as opposed to Rs.4.5M cash in other blocks.

Do you recommend going for 5M in Faisal hills D block (Rs.6M in total over 4 years) or 5M in New City executive block (Rs.3.2M in 2 years) ?

brother if you are buying on full cash instead of executive block check the fully developed I, H and other nearby blocks.

Aoa @nice.isb sb, I dont have cash at the moment so looking for installment options. I wanted to go for D block but the prices are too high, so someone recommended to look at new city. I found the development there much better than FH or B17. So just want to take expert member’s opinion on how to proceed on this

brother best is to visit executive block by your self, and check the development by your own eyes, as far as filling goes its all over the FH, FMC, B-17 and NC, check google earth pro history tool to check filling status.

Margalla avenue will effect wah cant and taxila as whole. B-17 and FH will get a bit more benefit. Surely new city phase 2 will get some benifit but not significant…however if in future new city gets acces through FH then it will have more effect

This executive block is right besides Faisal hills C block. I heard both parties are in talks to give access to each other.
