Make regular surprise inspections on site and check the quality of work.
Make sure All structure engineer, contractor and owner have to present on all inspection work frames provided by structure engineer or at the time of foundation, slabs etc.
Must decided finishing material at the time of contract.
Now a days market prices are high and good and quality oriented contractor provide grey structure in the rate of 2150-2500 RS/sft ( including tanks, boundary walls,gate fixing) in Bahria enclave, Bahria town, Park view city and other housing societies. don’t go for less price go for quality.
