F-17 prices have increased a lot in last few weeks. 30x60 plot is 40+ now. What are the reasons of the increase and is there still some juice left in F-17?.. Or it's over now...

I don’t see any reason at this stage however if tarnol flyover becomes reality it will definately appreciate significantly
I don’t understand the dealer games i have a kanal plot there and every dealer is saying that prices are declining there but when u ask about A plot price its not that down and en fact it is increasing but not any decent offer for plot selling.
Tariq Bhai, this is not only for F-17, everywhere when u want to sell, they will tell u that market is down and there is no buyer, but when u try to buy, u will get all beautiful stories, so bear with it... This is natural phenomenon....
