What is the current status of F17/2 TNT Society? What is future in regards to development and rates? Where you see it in next 6 months?
Fayyaz if you are in Islamabad, its better to visit there personaly. I have visited 5 months before and it was disappointed. Development is suspended so rates are low but no profit in 6 months.
Being in the ICT boundary F-17/2 has a bright future, development is on the way with very slow pace it will take time but will be developed, so at this time rates of 30x60 between 19 to 27 depending possession and location, If some have holding power for 1 to 2 years then he must go for this option as the return after two years will be 15 Lac plus
It should be bright future as in same sector Multi developed are (F-17/1 and F-17/3) have more than double prices and have excellent development. Facilities, security etc. Hundreds of families living there
Agreed with Ahmed11. If you personally visit that place then it will be more clear to you that where it`s going on. Moreover, you can directory ask from there office as well. I liked the information that you people shared over here.
I visited las time in Dec 2013. There were issues relating to Possession and ownership of the land. A local Chaudary Sb has built multiple small single room structures with clear markings that this land is under his ownership.
At that time even the dealers sitting in f-17 were not dealing in T&T part saying that it has problems. The combination of these two factors made me stay away.
