I have two one kanal plots one in f-11 and other in bahria phase 4 main corniche road.

F 11 is far better due to location no comparison with bahria phase 4

There is no comparison between f11 and ph4, sell ph4 plot and build house in f11 is best option.
There is no comparision at all.go for F-11 the construction cost is allot cheaper compare to Bahria and its rite in the middle of islamabad.
