What are the prices of plots in D-17? Any plot available on installment? Is it wise to buy a plot now there against F-18?
Btw i have one file in f18 downpayment plus 3 installments paid

17 series is all good for living in Zone-2 after this much of time

No brother I also did not take you as agent or so because you have already mentioned that you got it for living purpose in future. But I asked you because you are thinking about D-17 also. So you might have calculated current price of both sectors in order to replace, if desire. Take it easy!

It is better for you to hold Faisal Town File if you don't have additional amount also there is no plot of size 30x60 there in D-17 some plots they open silently but they have no NOC for these plots. The rate of 30x70 plots in D-17 are 40 plus for which they have NOC from CDA.
So before going to D-17 must check all the things also there are some open unregistered so called dealers which keep big tops a friend of mine suffer from this TOP of 7 Lac there.
If that is the case then you should stay away from Zone 2!
Considering a distance of around 20 KM to be a respectable distance that one should have from Susraal, please consider Zone 4!
