What is latest news of F-18 Faisal Town? One agent called me & said its right time to invest in F-18 files what's your opinion guys? Is master plan finalized and issued?

Faisal Bahi i agree with you to some extend but as per my little knowledge and my research he was scared of launching of F block and it was expected that F-18 files prices will decline, but it was just rummer and since its clear that no F block right now price has jumped again in F-18 and things has changed significantly.............My 2 cents worth experts & Gurus welcome to sheds light....

How can you be so sure about that F block is not launching.
It is still on the cards this week, some dealers were minting money from people who were interested in F block, they took 100000 per plot as confirm booking for F block, those people went to MPCHS, that's why MPCHS clarified that this should not be done.
If you have any solid news pls share.
F-18 is no doubt a good investment, Giving map at this stage also won’t help, till they don’t start the development, they haven’t even made any gate up till now
Brothers one thing is clear when Gate of Faisal Town placed and development starts then the rates of B-17 will decrease at least 25 to 40 % in non developed areas.
Reasons:
1. Faisal Town Phase 1 is a small sector
2. The Most of the Land is level
3. The location is surrounded with fully populated region
4. Lot of water under the ground
5. Investors of B-17 and Faisal Town are same
F Block will not come any time soon as per news. But any thing is possible...
At the moment focus is back to FT....
Rehman Bro: I don't agree with your estimation of decrease in prices of B-17 due to development of FT... F-17 is much better than FT and then we have T&T as well....

Nasir bahi i contacted some dealers those were advertising few days back for booking in F block and now they are saying yes we are informed that it is postponed & it is postponed for minimum 3-4 months but as Mr. Khan said any thing is possible but it looks its not coming in near future.
Rest Allah knows better.
Another thing prices of FT files are down again.......
