Almost 200 houses are completed, people are living more than 03 years, every facility available and on top of that excellent development standard.

Not sure on price but yes there will definitely be some benefit of having an airport.
Last time I was there 6 months ago, sector is better than many on that side of GT road.
If you have any legal adviser then it will be good for investment. Now a days, there are frauds in property market that`s why I am saying that hire any property adviser before investment. We are working as interior designing and construction for several years and would like to work for you if you are required.
How many families are living in F-17? What is the price of 35x70 plot. Any body can update please.
About 200 family living including me, excellent living facilities like security, water, electricity, gas, roads. Commercial areas etc.
Wat will b the impact of prices in F-17 , as faisal town is also being developed and is going on a gud pace ??

and how is the road access from G-14?
Road Access from G-14 to Tarnol is fine but bit trouble when move to 3KM Fatehjang road due to heavy traffic. Roughly It will take 10-15 min from G-14 to F-17. Its better to visit sector before any decision.
It is easier to take motorway (M1) from F-17 to G-14. F-17 is 2.5km from Fateh Jang interchange. It is longer but pleasant drive compared to hectic Peshawar road from Tarnol.
