What is your opinion about investing in F-17 T&T. Is it disputed area? What is the development progress and future potential? How much a good location 30x60 plot should cost?

In the past they had some problem but in present T&T has new management, they resolved the problem with "multti", development work is in progress and i think possession will be given in December for limited plots. 30*60 is near about 16 lac.
Dear sam there is a news in market that t&t is working on its sperate entrance behind multi entrance and as khanz told issue resolved with multi there is a chance of rate increase in t&t after 2 months
Shah jee’s news is correct, T&T has new entrance on its new map. But not yet developed.
Cana plot bebought direct from their office or will i have to goto dealers. Which block is recommended to buy a plot in.
I think so zane T & t is not offering plots u have to purchase plots from market

What is the preferable block / Area in F-17 T&T to purchase a plot. Either 30x60 or 35x70?

I think if memebers of T&T should convice the management to merge this society with multi F-17. This may put some additional financial burden on memebers but on the other hand this will be a great advantage to member as well. Muti F-17 is very expansive than T&T and this difference will remain and widens even after completion of development of T&T. See the difference of prices between bahria town and PWD.
Every body knows that they had some big problem therefore the prices of T&T were low but new management is very good, resolved issues with multti and locals, a year ago price of 35*70 was aprox 10 lac. At the moment u can see in the market, i think 17 to 18 lac. If they manage possession of some plots for construction in December. The prices will be very high just like multti.
