I think society elections will be the point of rise or fall there is very less activity in the market until that point there are very few sellers and buyers every body is waiting for election and right time to jump in to the game.
Dear brother Saad ur plot location is very good if this lazy society begin development ur plot will be clear in first go INSHALLAH.
Society promised so many times of development , development was expected last year before AGM , but it was a loly pop.
On ground situation is that society purchased around 800 to 900 kanal land in f 16 trying to buy some more land too.80 percent land purchased in f 16 is in f 16 4 and 3. Society latest claim is that development work will begin with in next 4 to 6 weeks any time. If they failed to start development in march then its tough to start development in 2014.Things are not very clear but chances are bright that they will start development before April.
Its better to hold plots for next 4 to 6 weeks and watch the situation Hope so thing will be better INSHALLAH.

Please let me know the market value of my plot if you have any good idea about it and also recommend the correct buying price for two plots on 110 ft double road F-16/4 Plot numbers are 333 and 334…I hold plots in F-16/4, F-16/3 and B-17 in zone 2 is there any other good investment opportunity i am missing? or should i add to my positions in these sectors only. How do you see B block B-17 500 sqyds prices after MA completion…IA…should i hold my investments there??

Any update on F-16 Development? Is there any work on ground?
No work on ground only “news” on start of work. Alloties of F-16 need to wake-up and do something at legal platforms for their rights otherwise wait another five years. Upcoming AGM ( whenever held constitute a committee for legal proceedings in NAB, Mohtasib, IHC etc) might be a good opportunity for it. Otherwise society management just keep doing the same thing ( almost repeated 5 times in 10 years). They will keep making money from bank profits on invested money of poor home seekers in F-16.
