Its your personal choice. If you are getting the benchmark of investment then for me its not a bad deal to quit this investment and find something with POSSESSION.
Actually we bought this plot previous year…should we selll it? What are the best areas for investment with possession…I really need help of all other experts also…it’s really confusing as we have to make more investment …

Can we get a plot in 42lac budget in g-15?
G 15 is the very good but in 42 lac you will not able to get anything u have to raise ur budget to 50 to get 7 marla over there f 16/1 location wise good but no chance of development in near future untill the lasey asses of JKCHS Mangement i mean current one are thrown away.
To my knowledge, society have f16/3 and f16/4 area but area 1 and 2 in f16 yet to get acquire.
To my knowledge whole memembers is changed now in new election you will see new person/memeebers and old memember is not even going to take part in election which is going to held in june 28th.
I suggest you to wait and after election and ramzan if they start the development then sell your plot. Because they are goiong to charge extra development cost.
I suggest to buy in i 16 cda sector and ready to get possession any time. Plus i heard now 3 road is going to build chances that price will go up.
