F-10 shopping mall (emporium) as a investment, 3rd to 5th floor shops in the range 50 to 75 lacs (installments), needs advice as to invest or not.
Who is the developer? you must carefully read the projects details and decide if Emporium can surprise people with the planned features.
Islamabad right now has room for commercialization and those who'll act fast, will end up gaining the most.

The developers are reliable... Work is going on at very good pace... However, the prices are quite high now, as compared to initially launched prices.
Location of the project is also very good.

But Khan Sh. Isn't it so that the area of Emporium is too small for a Mall ? Even F-11's "Mall of Islamabad" ( MOI) is a decent area to be developed as a mall.
I think Centaurus Mall is now overcrowded after Metro bus and Islamabadiites have good taste for malls now. They like malls. Families avoid going to Centaurus in evenings and good opportunity for other malls to prosper. Safa Gold Mall will benefit from it.
Mall of Islamabad seem to me pretty decent area.

That is a tricky area of F-10.....All the flop businesses reside there......100% agreed with Malik sb, area is too small.....it shall be a plaza....Chen one completely flopped despite being a niche brand in that area of F-10
what about Mall of Islamabad , next to Stock exchange ?
Elycium mall also planned opposite PIMS and centaurus ??

You are right the area is small for being a full fledged mall... But u know, k aap kisi ko apnay project k liyey word "MALL" use kernay se roak to nhe sktay... Mall na sahi, aik commercial plaza to aap isko consider ker sktay hein...

Yes. F-11's mall seem to be quite interesting. Seems full fledge mall. F-11 has repute of success of most of the businesses. I daily pass through it. If anyone need pictures, I can email.
Can also email emporium pictures. Emporium would be good for single brands at whole floor. F-10 is hub of franchises like Khadi, Nishat, Ehsan Chappal, Breeze etc. Rental income would be good since F-10 has a lot of ladies customers.
S.A Property is dealing with MOI of F-11. They had offered my something when the mall was started. Will check current prices.
