Exterior meterial choice

@ all,

I would like to know about the exterior meterial for 1 kcanal house.

I want to use the maintenance free meterial and long lasting.

What kind of meterial can be used for for frontr elevation of house. ?

1. Stone exterior

2. Brick exterior

3. ??

also what will be the cost effective solution ?

Its totally depends on your design and elevation.

Now a days its usually using tiles which is costly but it should be advised by your designer or Architect.

Cost effective is Rock Wall which is also long lasting....

House is one kanal standard ( 50x90)

Actually i am not in pakistan right now and want to estimate the cost.

Rs.25-45/sq ft is cost depends on area and material/style you select
