A person offer me a 42lack shop in bahria town phase 7 which is under construction it center and expected to be completed in 2020.He said that he will pay me per month rent 42 thousand after purchasing the shop and if i will interested to sell the shop after year he will buy at 10% incremental value.
Please suggest me is it scam or this practice is followed by investors in real estate??Thanks
