I would like to get your expert opinion / advice for investment in Pakistan. My particulars and priorities are as under:
1. Amount available for investment: 15.00 million.
2. Monthly can pay/spare an amount of 0.4 million if needed.
3. Priority geographical areas where i can invest: Wah, Abbottabad, Islamabad and Galiat.
4. Priority investment area: plot, house, small size hotel or guest house.
5. I want permanent investment to get monthly rent/income etc. Not sale and purchase of property/plot etc.

You can get good location 25x60 house in I-10 in this range.... Monthly rent would be between 40 to 50K....
G-11/ 13/ -14 Sectors could also be considered as an option for purchase of houses...

I am not expecting monthly rental of 0.4 million from investing 15 million.

Galiyat is a good option to consider but certain factors to keep in mind :
who will look after the property let's say a small villa that you might rent it out in peak season. By the way this area is all time peak season except few months.
are you going to give out to one party for the whole year lump sum ? Or dealing with visiting tourists personally by hiring staff that can keep a log book ?
Rental would be definite above all other remaining options in your list.
