I am currently in process of investing some money.
My friend has recommended to buy a tuck shop in QJ heights, Safari Villas.
Need expert advice if i should go for it, and 2ndly what should be the buying price. The shop size is around 8x8.

The QJ is not far from the main commercial. I wonder how successful the tuc shop would be?? overall the project is under pressure due to market conditions
It will mainly cater to people living in the apartments. Does it make a good business case for 2-3 years investment ?
